In the heat of the day

Today the heat was stupidly stifling. A friend drove down from Dunedin and together along with Alice we took Cody, Possum and Orchid around the Interpretive Track and Gabriel's Gully. Despite the heat it was a great day and we spent the major part of the afternoon sitting in deck chairs back at home on the back lawn watching the dogs. Four dogs is better than three and I have decided that Five dogs is definitely better than four.
